Privacy Policy

All customer information is kept strictly confidential by SafeKiddie. Under no circumstances will we divulge, share, or sell customer information. That’s our promise to our customers.

Your Personal Data:
We take your privacy very seriously. To help ensure your privacy, we use the most up-to-date encryption technology to keep your personal information as secure as possible. This includes your billing, credit card, and account information; none of this can be read as it travels to our system.

We DO NOT and WILL NEVER sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal information, such as name, email address, physical address, phone numbers, buying history, etc. You do not have to worry about receiving unsolicited email from other companies or individuals as a result of shopping with us. We do, on occasion, send out an email announcement to inform our customers when we add new items or offer sales or discounts on our website; once again, those email addresses are not shared with anyone else and if you decide that we should take out your email address from our system, please drop an email to us on [email protected] and we will remove your details appropriately.

SECTION 1 – What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. For email marketing (if applicable), with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. This service is not operational yet but we are thinking of doing this in the near future so that we can provide you with relevant information and offers that might excite you. But you will always have the control and you can tell us not to send you any emails, and we won’t.

SECTION 2 – Consent
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at [email protected]

SECTION 3 – Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – Cookies
Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.

To keep track of cart data, WooCommerce makes use of 3 cookies:

  • woocommerce_cart_hash
  • woocommerce_items_in_cart
  • wp_woocommerce_session_

The first two cookies contain information about the cart as a whole and help WooCommerce know when the cart data changes. The final cookie (wp_woocommerce_session_) contains a unique code for each customer so that it knows where to find the cart data in the database for each customer. No personal information is stored within these cookies.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies generally last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login can persist for more than two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
